Travel Options
By Air -Fly to Bergerac with Ryanair, or Jet2.com
Bergerac Airport is only 30 mins drive away.
Alternatively, Bordeaux Airport is 90 mins drive away. Naturally, the earlier you book, generally the cheaper the flights, however it is also worth comparing offers with British Airways and other carriers.

Car hire is available from many of the usual providers at Bergerac and Bordeaux. At busy times we suggest you pre book this.

By Car: The journey is 560 miles from Calais. It is approximately 8-9 hours driving time if you travel via Paris Alternative routes to the west of Paris are available. If travelling from the UK it is also possible to travel by Brittany Ferries from Portsmouth/Plymouth. This reduces the driving time to approximately 7 hours.

By Train: Travellers can take the Eurostar from London Waterloo or Ashford Kent to Lille. From here they can catch the TGV to Libourne which is about 1 hour's drive away. Car’s can be hired at Libourne Station, but again it is advisable to pre book this.
